It happened to me before as well. It's probably due to some incorrect CSS coding (well in my case, I forgot to add one semicolon mark). I figured out that the layout will be reset if you click the Save button again.

Your wallpaper was deleted because it contains ghosting effect, esp. since you've enlarged the vector. You may upload the version without the ghosting.

There's an Announce link in your groups' control panel page: http://my.minitokyo.net/groups It'd be easier to use this one instead.

The Delete option will be back soon. In the mean time, you can report your submissions to be deleted by the moderators.

The old drop-down menu where you can select which skin to use - has been replaced with the box that you've noticed. You just have to type any member's username in the box (particularly those who you've seen his/her layout before) and then the browsing skin will immediately change after that.

If you look carefully on the Member Made Skin option, there's a new box on the right side of it. It's where you can add the member's username that you want to use as the browsing skin. The old drop down list has been replaced by this recently, since we're not using the old category system anymore.

I think the Add Friend box in the Manage Contacts page is not working yet. So the other way to do this is by going to your friend's userpage, and click on "Add to friendlist" on the left panel Options.

Your wallpapers were already deleted due to their low quality. You should have received PMs regarding the deletions. Please do read them, the reasons of deletion are mentioned there.
As for the number of wallpapers stated on the tab, I'm guessing it updates slowly or it could possibly caused by a bug. :\

The first two ideas are preferable for me, just because I'm not so used to walling seasonal walls ^_^' But still it would make a nice theme for us to compete/participate.
Also since some said the first idea limits artistic vision, maybe we could make the rules abit less strict and allow some other colours in the walls while having the the main colour takes most part of the wall.
Most of the new submissions in the guestbook are all in thumbnails already, I think it's fine to let member post thumbs since it's not as big as it used to be. I dunno about featured section though, I think not having it is what makes this group special. But if we were to add it, I don't mind either (though I might be lazy updating it ._.) And it could attract more members to join this very quiet group. XD

New tags are automatically added as Theme tags. Mods/elites can move them to the correct tag type. However, it is advised that you report the incorrect tags in this thread: link.

The abstract background looks good and suitable with the characters. The scan extraction looks okay, though I noticed some white edges on the hair. Also I feel it better to have the "Blood+" text on the left side, instead on top of the character. Or completely remove it from the wallpaper. You might also need to save this in higher quality (less jpeg compression) 'cause it kinda looks pixel-y on some parts. Or it could be from the brushes/textures. If that's the case, use a higher quality brush/texture.

Probably because of your username, it starts and ends with dashes. But I'm not sure about it though. If that's the case, either the mod or admin will fix/change your username.

Most of the walls are low in quality. The background and character are pixelated in most area. It could possibly be that you have compressed the quality of the wallpapers too low, thus resulting the pixelated area.
Also, you've used "ghosting" effect on your walls - meaning that you put the character on low opacity in the background.Most of them are okay in composition - just remove the ghosting scan and saved the wallpaper in higher quality. Also, be sure to check if the scans you've used are clean enough and not pixelated or grainy. The background in your third wall is quite blurry. I suggest you to make the squarey design sharper.

To see your avatar (and some additional things) on your posts, go to Control Panel -> Minitokyo Options. In the Post Format section, tick on "Full" (instead of Minimal) and click Update. You'll see your avatar, title and also signature in your and others' posts.

Scans are automatically added to elite gallery, but it's not shown up as elite in the gallery item's page. The one you saw is a deleted scan, I don't know how you can see it though. So, the "this item in elite gallery" thing still shows up even after deletion.
